Meet Anessa Fike

The Queen of Fractional

Anessa Fike started this business because she was tired and fed up. The business world was built on unkind gestures, taking advantage of communities that it shouldn’t, and overall marled with discrimination and gaslighting. She saw this first hand in many of the businesses she worked with prior to starting Fike+Co. She wanted to see more businesses provide places where people adored coming to work. And she didn’t believe it was such an impossible idea.

She believes in the good of people, and she believes that most executive teams really do want the best for their employees - but maybe they just don’t know how or have the roadmap to get there. That’s where Fike+Co comes in. With her and her expert team, they are able to push back on the status quo, help leaders learn and grow, and create or get back on track work environments where people feel safe, protected, heard, challenged, and valued.
